"The most important thing in illness is never to lose heart." -- Nikolai Lenin
Saw this quote from this blog today. A blog about a brave mom fighting together with her 4 years old lovely kid that having cancer. She never gives up while journeying on this tough and spiky road with her precious. God bless them!
I am a very lucky person. I am growing up under never ending love from my family and I never doubt on that. Thanks God.
If one day, I as a grown-up man is crying loud for more mom's or dad's love, I shall ask myself again that if I am really giving out as much love as they do. Even though form of love without expectation hardly happen, but happier life is resulted in appreciation of what you receive and sincerity on what you give. Take it for granted is not a brilliant idea.

Just called my dad few hours ago to wish him "Happy Father Day". He is in Sabah now, and just conquered Mount KK for second time in his life. I was a bit worry few months ago when I heard that my 67 years old dad decided to hike mount KK again. And felt so happy to hear his voice through phone just now, his voice just as loud and healthy as usual :)
Hiking slowly became his hobby after he retired few years ago. Started from some hills at my hometown till organizing some "uncles/aunties" trips to hike various hills and mountains around East M'sia. He always has his goals and continue challenge it. And he always say "Just follow your own pace, stop when needed"
I still remember how "pai seh" I was when my family visited Penang few months ago, and we went for hiking...
My dad always inspires me. I am so proud ya... ;)

I am have been too lazy to maintain my blog. Spent most of my free time on WoW also one of the reason too. I gonna post some about WoW next time =)
I have been waiting for this month since four years ago, when I got my car loan. So, on this day, I went to bank to settle my last term. That's really a relief. The days that I need to remind myself to get cash and deposit it into my loan bank on every months, are over.
Feeling so light now =)
And now it's a good moment to put my feet into next one....
hmm.. perhaps a property?

An old fren of mine coming back to M'sia for a visit. He is a smart guy with great vision since I knew him during university time. And he is getting his PHD in UK.
Although we don't IM each other frequently, but we got keep in touch from time to time (once every quarter? :p). I am happy to able to meet him during his visit in M'sia. Out of surprise, I received this while having lunch with him today...

Thanks, pal! Wish you the best in your PHD thesis write up. Hopefully I got chance to visit him in UK in future...
Now I am looking for any boardgame kaki to try this boardgame =)

There were many many memories and events happened through out year 2008...
1. Started this blog, and average 1-2 posts per month. haha.
2. Resigned from my first company. And almost everyone knew it only on the day I left...
3. First time ever participate in 10km run (Penang bridge fun run)
4. The first sport shoe I bought in US worn out after 4 years. Last time I wear it was during bullet 3. (RIP 2004 - 2008)
5. Experienced my first economy down turn since work. Even though there is no direct impact to me yet. But I decided to delay my purchase on DLSR & PS3. (Does that count?)
6. Joined the 11 million gamers on a MMORPG called WOW during Christmas. It's my first original English game purchase.
7. First time ever that I've put so much attentions into M'sia gov/politics, also due to GE this year. Check out my "daily supplements section".
8. Owned 1/3 portion of a property.
to be continue...

I had come across this song recently and I've listen to it over for quite number of times since then.
Does this song ring a bell to anyone? I think at least the former Universiti Malaya VC Rafiah Salim does in some sort of way.
Days in, days out.. one day, guys should realize and learn to grown up and be a man. (I am talking to myself) :p
